Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry - (Vancouver, WA)

Geneva Woods Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Technician-Data Entry to join our extraordinary long term care pharmacy team in Vancouver, WA. This position is responsible for assisting pharmacists and customers in accurately dispensing prescriptions. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Answer telephones and record all relevant patient info. 2. Review incoming prescription info. 3. Pharmaceutical services related to the preparation and dispensing of drugs and other pharmaceutical supplies to patients at home under the supervision of the pharmacist. 4. Fill prescription orders and prepare for review by the pharmacist. 5. Develop technical knowledge of the products/services provided by the Branch and be able to provide info of same to others upon request. 6. Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company and accreditation standards.
