Job details: Food/Retail Manager The Retail/Food Manager works under the supervision of the Store Manager (CC). This manager receives minimal direct day to day supervision and must rely on his/her own initiative and resourcefulness to accomplish. This person would be assigned the full range of personnel management responsibilities (scheduling, leave approval, performance standards etc. in accordance with the applicable guidelines/VCS policies. Duties also include the administrative controls, reviews, and processes relative to canteen operations. This manager would develop and implements local promotional programs. Works closely in support of Food and Retail operations.
