Purpose and Scope Implement, supervise, coordinate and report on a variety of continuous improvement and operations initiatives specific to the Ferndale location with Timken Housed Units. Will serve as the key contact and supervisor of enhanced EHS and Quality management systems to include necessary training of site personnel, tracking, and compliance. Will implement, serve as the key contact, supervise, and own systems that ensure site compliance and continuous improvement of the sites Quality and EHS responsibilities. Supervises, reports, and executes the inventory cycle count process to ensure compliance with corporate policy and subsequent eligibility for annual physical inventory exemption.
