Quality Control Specialist - (Columbia, MD)

Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is currently seeking an accomplished Quality Control Specialist to join the team. Here is an overview of the role: 1) Ensure that test results are recorded for each specification test 2) Review methodologies employed based on specifications 3) Maintain rigorous monitoring of and full compliance with qualifications, methodologies and references 4) Review reports productively and effectively 5) Determine possible and verifiable causes 6) Classify abnormalities based on possible causes 7) Verify compliance and procedures at each stage of testing as well as compliance of in-coming material 8) Identify compliance issues 9) Conduct appropriate follow-up of actions undertaken 10) Identify challenges or obstacles to implementation
