QA Supervisor - (Talladega, AL)

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of his/her assigned work area, group leaders and technicians. Typical interaction is with Engineering Personnel, QA Personnel and Production Personnel. Responsibilities: Supervises the activities of group leaders and quality technicians. Quality Manager and Quality Engineers are to establish work schedules and follow ups to assure completion of work schedules. Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices. Performs a variety of activities requiring communication and support to other departments and performs all other work related activities as required. Establish and maintain good employee relations and adherence to proper judicious disciplinary measures when required. Responsible for reviewing and administering employee performance evaluations and recommendations. Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures .
