Main Job requirements: Utilizing Ms excel on a higher level: pivot tables, Vlookups, Formulas Researching open accounts payable- dig into open accounts and figure out why invoices have not been paid Processing up to 250 invoices per day Utilizing systems such as Readsoft, Peoplesoft, Onbase, SAP, etc. High volume data entry Vendor Maintenance and customer service Account Reconciliation Three-way Matching Requirements: 1+ years' experience in accounts payable Advanced Microsoft excel Experience in high volume data entry Must be willing to submit to pre-employment experience and drug screen About Aerotek:
