Administrative Assistant - (Austin, TX)

The Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating the 1st impression of the branch team and launching the Ambassador and customer experience. This position provides high level administrative support to the Business Solutions Specialists, Business Solutions Managers and Practice/Branch Manager, in the sales and service functions of those roles, including data entry related to sales and recruiting activity, answering phones, scheduling customer and applicant appointments, assisting with screening and new-hire process for Ambassadors, processing payroll for Ambassadors, filing and other clerical work.
