Detailing Group Leader - External - (Eufaula, AL)

BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Detailing Group Leader oversees day-to-day operations within the Detailing Department and provides leadership for their assigned group, as well as the department and division as a whole. They act as a representative voice for the group to continually improve all aspects of the work atmosphere. Outstanding communication and listening skills are required to assist team members with problems and to communicate department/division goals and objectives. An expertise to set forth and achieve expectations with team members is crucial. Detailing Group Leaders must be able to think outside of the box and be forward thinking, and must be comfortable dealing with production schedule pressures. Detailing Group Leaders have a high-level of performance expectations are expected to lead by example. Furthermore, the Detailing Group Leader is the project manager for building orders through the engineering department ensuring aggressive schedules, scope definition, continual communication and follow-up.
