Automation Service Technician - (Statesville, NC)

Experis is currently recruiting for an exciting career opportunity with a world class machine manufacturing client. The Technician is the go to expert for automation equipment provided to customers handling training, installation, repair and on-site services as needed. This role basically performs successful start-ups and training of company automated bag filling, bagging and bag closing equipment. Performs start up service of equipment related to electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic parts. Applies knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in servicing and trouble-shooting equipment issues. This role is the face of the company and requires travel in the US, Canada and Mexico. Compensation is part of this exciting role beyond normal hourly due to time and travel.
