Womenâ??s Basketball Coach/Intramural Operations Coordinator - (Kokomo, IN)

Reporting to the Athletic Director, essential duties include, but are not limited to: recruit, train, mentor, and coach quality student athletes, plan and execute the schedule of all contests and practices in compliance with RSC and NAIA regulations; perform administrative tasks including the operation of the basketball program within budgetary guidelines; monitor academic progress of student athletes; develop opportunities to participate in service activities and encourage participation in the NAIA Champions of Character program; plan and execute a comprehensive intramural program for campus, working with marketing to successfully promote the programs; supervise assistant coach(es), graduate assistants, interns and/or student workers; work with the Sports Info Director to maintain the basketball programs’ marketing and web page. #LI-POST
