Menâ??s Basketball Coach/Coordinator of Game Day Operations - (Kokomo, IN)

Reporting to the Athletic Director, essential duties include, but are not limited to: recruit, train, mentor, and coach quality student athletes, plan and execute the schedule of all contests and practices in compliance with RSC and NAIA regulations; perform administrative tasks including the operation of the basketball program within budgetary guidelines; monitor academic progress of student athletes; develop opportunities to participate in service activities and encourage participation in the NAIA Champions of Character program; set up and manage all facility needs on a daily basis for the Cougar gym, including coordination with the other programs and monitoring the facility for maintenance, cleanliness, and use; supervise assistant coach(es), graduate assistants, interns and/or student workers; work with the Sports Info Director to maintain the basketball programs’ marketing and web page. #LI-POST
