This is a social work/case management and administrative position that functions as the on-site Lead staff member with direct service responsibility for Community Navigator clients. Position is responsible for the implementation and oversight of the Community Support Coordination Program. Assignments include direction of staff, volunteers and students; case consultation; identifying and establishing relationships with community partners; identifying, linking and coordinating community resources; developing new community resources; developing and overseeing a Wellness Program for seniors; and acting as liaison between the Detroit Area Agency on Aging staff and NSO for purposes of program implementation.
