Jr. Telecom Engineer is responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and ongoing administration and support of telecommunication systems at all client locations. Systems including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco CUBE, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Paging Server, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco CMR, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Prime Collaboration, Cisco Voice Gateways, & Eventide Nexlog Call Recording.
