Consulting Professor - (Washington, DC)

OVERVIEW Saylor Academy seeks experienced subject-matter experts with OER background to assist in developing open on-line courseware. JOB DETAILS Consulting professors perform targeted updates to Saylor Academy's existing catalog of courses and develop new learning modules. Individual projects include refining course learning outcomes; identifying and vetting open educational resources (OER) for use in instruction; pairing resources to course blueprints; developing assignments; and creating or revising assessment materials. The successful applicant will collaborate together with Academy staff to ensure course development activities reflect a high standard of quality and effectiveness.
