Research Associate - (Wilmington, OH)

JOB DESCRIPTION: This job requires the individual to have laboratory training in organic and analytical chemistry with an emphasis on instrumental and wet chemistry techniques. In addition, this individual will be responsible for setting up and executing experiments such as assays, in-vitro analyses, particle size determination, molecular weight determination, uniformity of drug product, and moisture determination. The research associate is expected to coordinate and prioritize sample testing, work effectively, document results, and communicate findings to the team in a timely manner. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform and record analyses as assigned on a daily basis. Adhere to cGMPs in all work practices Attend training sessions as appropriate. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe workplace on a daily basis. Review peer's work as needed. Log samples in and out as needed. Review revisions to procedures as needed. Submit changes to SOPs as needed. Purchase laboratory supplies as needed.
