CORE RESPONSIBILITES Apply analytical understanding and techniques for compounded flavor evaluations, interpreting the results and providing input to the project team with recommendations for next steps Assist in the creation of new innovative flavor concepts which meet the customer expectations in terms of quality, application and price. Collaborate together with Flavor Suppliers to translate new discovery compounds into finished flavor systems. Responsible for the evaluation and validation of flavor components in specific applications working closely with the Product Development Team. Expertise to calculate the exact proportion of flavor components needed to accomplish specific flavor characteristics. Champion the Development and Validation of new Analytical Methods Consistently participate in forums, Webinars, and technical conferences to champion technology.
