Medical Laboratory Scientist - (Fargo, ND)

Required to perform clinical laboratory testing and other necessary duties to keep the department functioning smoothly. Will work with self discipline, good judgment, and considerable independence while following established standards of practice. Needs to recognize responsibilities of other laboratory and health care personnel and interact with respect for their jobs and patient care Perform laboratory testing according to established standards and regulations to assist the provider in diagnosis and treatment of the patients. Understand the use and limitations of laboratory instruments and equipment, must demonstrate proficiency in assigned areas, be able to learn and utilize new technology as laboratory medicine changes
