Full-time permanent job in Stroudsburg. one st shift 8 am to 5 pm. Must have background in personal care products and provide a resume for consideration Starts at 45K and based on background Great benefits and retirement Receives and interprets assignments and develops own approach for its solutions. Makes observations and interpretations as to physical and chemical properties such as color, strength, pH, etc. over a period of time, and determines stability of product with respect to variation, time, color etc. Obtains necessary laboratory supplies and operates laboratory testing equipment. Willingness to take direction from Lab Manager. Presents experimental findings in a clear and concise verbal manner to supervisor. Develops pilot production and assists in establishing manufacturing procedures. Oversees pilot batches of formulas for which they are responsible. Calculates costs of materials in proposed projects.
