Quality Engineer - (Vista, CA)

Seeking: Quality Engineer 3-six years background experience working in a regulated environment Quality by Design Responsible for Quality Engineering tasks that address product/process changes, product/process quality issues, and compliance issues; as assigned and reporting to the Director of Quality. Will also address supplier monitoring activities and any other special projects as deemed necessary by the Director of Quality. Essential Position assignments and Responsibilities: Demonstrates commitment to the continual improvement of the Quality Management System per ISO 9001, AS 9100, AS9110, 14 CFR 21 and 145 FAA and EASA, and other regulatory agencies. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 6S, Kaizen lean methods, Human Factors, etc. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data and established procedures per ISO9001, AS9100 and AS9110.
