Successfully completing engineering projects; Planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects; Ensuring that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants; Recognizing when technical problems are developing and initiating appropriate corrective action; Regular contact with assigned project clients; Budget monitoring and trend tracking; Up to 25% travel; Participating in meetings and resolving client/engineering and management project issues. EDUCATION: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. NECESSARY SKILLS: 3-5+ years of background in manufacturing engineering in a team environment; Licensed engineer preferred; Project managerial background with the expertise to handle multiple projects simultaneously; Working expertise of cost accounting, gathering production details
