SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – E-COMMERCE – PENDERGRASS, GA Our E-Commerce facility in Pendergrass, GA is home to a large team of associates who take pride in the selection, packing, gift-wrapping and shipping of our customers’ orders in a careful and timely manner. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Senior HR Manager will help cultivate and maintain a talented fulfilment center workforce and a positive, high performance workplace environment. Primary qualifications include: Min of 5 yrs’ of progressive generalist Human Resources background at a management level in a distribution center, warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing environment required. BS/BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related position preferred; PHR/SPHR certification desired. Strong HR technical knowledge in legal compliance including state, local and federal laws, benefits, unemployment, and workers’ compensation.
