Traveling Non-Destructive Test Equipment (NDTE) Engineer - (Killeen, TX)

NCI: As the NDTE Engineer ( Technician ) will inspect and account for body armor inserts at DOD installations throughout the world. You will be expected to operate maintain and troubleshoot the Armor Inspection System. When Team Lead is not available the Engineer will act as site supervisor. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. Highlights of Responsibilities: Performs routine operation of the AIS, including system startup, operation, and shutdown in accordance with AIS Operation Policy. Directs setup and takedown of the AIS unit and assists in setup and takedown. Performs duties of an AIS Armor Plate Technician.
