Physical Therapist - (Alton, NH)

Under the general direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services and within departmental policies and procedures administers physical therapy including evaluations, establishment/modification of treatment plan, provision/supervision of treatment and documentation to in and outpatients at Huggins Hospital and in consultations at designated contract nursing facilities/services. This is a full time position working 32 hours weekly. The perfect candidate will be able to work in several locations to include: Alton, Moultonborough, Ossipee, Tamworth, and Wolfeboro.Requirements Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-licensed institution.Certification: Registered by the State of NH Board of Registration in Medicine as a Physical Therapist.
