Under the supervision of the Director of Government Relations, the Municipal Court Administrator provides administrative direction, planning, budgeting, and overall management of the Municipal Court. Assignments include providing professional ability in managing all aspects of the Municipal Court. As leader of the Municipal Court, the Court Administrator has principal role for emphasizing importance of customer service in the Department, monitoring customer service to ensure quality service delivery, and providing a high-level of service in personal interaction with customers, employees, and City Council.Key skills: one Administers, plans, and oversees all Municipal Court programs and services, including the filing and processing of all Class C Misdemeanors. two Coordinates and evaluates the functions and duties of staff and leads them in planning, establishing and achieving the goals of the Department and the City to include providing excellent customer service.
