A Clinical Research Associate job in Mahwah NJ is available courtesy of Adecco Medical & Science. The Clinical Research Associate is responsible for Sponsor oversight of clinical site monitoring to ensure successful execution of the protocol. Additional assignments include support of the CRO in oversight of site monitoring and monitoring performance metrics, and issue escalation and corrective actions, and implementation of enrollment and recruitment strategies. This is a Permanent DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a highly competitive compensation. Sr. Clinical Research Associate position duties include: *Develop Sponsor Monitoring Oversight Plan, oversee clinical monitoring progress and ensure CRO performance meets expectations *Participate in Investigator and Site Identification, Evaluation, and Selection
