Quality Assurance Manager-Food Manufacturing-Dairy - (Platteville, WI)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for a plant near Platteville, WI - the company is a food manufacturer (dairy).Responsibilities: Promote quality standards and set expectations - implementation of all related quality and food safety protocols and communication. Develop and maintain plant HACCP program. Manage sanitation and pest control activities. Work with cross-functional areas of the business, especially manufacturing, and align food safety objectives with efficient manufacturing practices. Manage incoming raw materials. Ensure quality systems compliance across the entire plant. Serve as liaison for any regulatory or third party plant insurances. Communicate findings and necessary follow ups to Plant Manager. Work with plant safety team to assure compliance with OSHA qualifications. Supervise lab analysis and quality technicians.
