Franchise Business Consultant - (Cincinnati, OH)

Individual will serve as the primary operations and business consultant to restaurant operations Franchisees in the Company system. The individual is responsible for maintaining and supporting the general operating philosophies and policies of the restaurant chain to achieve the overall mission of the brand. Will evaluate the the restaurant operation performance of Franchise locations, as directed- documenting the performance according to standards prescribed by the Company. Serves as primary point-of-contact for the company with Franchisees and their managers for improving the quality of day-to-day operations of their location
