Risk Management Officer - (Lacey, WA)

General Purpose: Assignments include, but are not limited to: overseeing the bank?s risk management program; managing the bank?s compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, vendor management, and Community Reinvestment Act programs; overseeing the bank?s internal audit and quality control functions; and providing guidance to bank management and employees. Major Activities: Coordinates regulatory examinations and assists external auditors to ensure complete, timely and thorough review of bank activities. Manages the bank?s risk management program; assists management in identifying, assessing, and monitoring the risk associated with bank activities; advises management in developing controls that mitigate risk to a level acceptable to management and the Board of Directors; Chairs the Risk Management Committee; provides reports to the Board Audit Committee regarding risk levels accepted by the bank.
