MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Guardian is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Maintenance Technician to drive operational excellence efforts at our Custom Glass Solutions facility in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Maintenance Technician Openings: 6PM-6AM Rotating schedule pattern (Upper Sandusky, OH) Roles and Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills of PLCs and industrial electricity Background with AIR CONDITIONER and D/C drives, welding, machining and millwork Advanced knowledge with robotics and highly automated equipment Expertise to use/interpret prints and schematics Expertise to perform basic mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic skills, along with knowledge of 480 volt electric safety Expertise to install new equipment and/or replace existing equipment utilizing critical thinking skills Expertise to repair highly automated equipment and practice quick error recovery Willingness to learn new technology, teach others and understand culture
