Process Pipe Welder - (Norman, OK)

This job mandates the applicant to have a wide spectrum of welding skills including light tacking to heavy flat, up weld, and overhead weld according to ASME Codes. Applicant will be welding pipe for natural gas compressor units and other various oil and gas equipment. Environment is non climate controlled warehouse Requirements: *Must have the expertise to pass the 6G Mig Code weld test *Must have extensive knowledge of Mig and Flux *Must have the expertise to short arc, spray arc, and use a torch proficiently *Must have background fitting and welding pressurized pipe *The expertise to read and independently work from plans, sketches, diagrams, and blue prints About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
