Customer Service Manager - (Warwick, RI)

Develop trusted relationships with our outside sales teams through character and competence in serving their needs and facilitating their success.Core activities include Assist sales reps and customers in all areas related to their orders. Act as a business liaison between the rep/customer and tooling, production, and scheduling. Be a key team player in regards to order scheduling, capacity planning, and order delivery lead-time commitments to our customers. Be involved in weekly new business meetings between customer service, tooling, art, and production.Develop the technical knowledge and background to effectively be able to troubleshoot system issues (Oracle ERP currently) and correct data when needed Manage the office backlog to insure orders are received, processed, edited, entered and shop paper printed as effective and efficient as possible. Targeted improvements in terms of reducing the office lead-time from order receipt to order release timeframe.
