Trainer I - (Latham, NY)

About the Position: We are currently seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our team at our office in Latham, New York or Woburn, Massachusetts . The Trainer is primarily responsible to conduct live and remote trainings specific to operational technical tasks related to the participant’s role with the organization. This includes: preparing training materials, training, assessing learning and providing coaching and feedback to participants in the classroom (virtual or in-person). Position assignments: Administrative Qualifications: Complete paperwork for New Hire Training Complete Training Tracking of new hires in the Relias Learning Management System Progress Notes / Feedback to Ops management team Weekly status reports SharePoint updates Training Qualifications: In-person instructor led training and Remote / WebEx training as required All onboarding programs Implementation training Ad hoc training programs in areas of knowledge Technical and operational topics
