Product Trainer 4 (Emerado, North Dakota) with Security Clearance - (Emerado, ND)

Serve as a Training Lead for Instructional System Designers, Instructors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting the Global Hawk B0-30/B-40 Unmanned Air Vehicle systems at the Northrop Grumman facility in Emerado, North Dakota. This person will act in a supervisory role and shall be responsible for the planning, developing, and coordinating of product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains info needed to prepare in-house training programs; leads courseware developers with the development of training materials; reviews and approves courseware syllabi, agendas, content, and any training aids; scheduling of training events and staff. Provides guidance and recommendations to the training team and development of training courseware and/or training systems at Grand Sky facility located in North Dakota. Conducts instructor evaluations on Northrop Grumman staff and assists in the evaluation of training events.
