ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assists in defensive discovery coordination for Civil Medicaid Fraud Division, working with a team of attorneys; works with client agencies to obtain, review, and produce documentation, data, and details responsive to defensive discovery requests; performs legal research and reports findings and conclusions Analyzes factual and legal issues and develops evidence for filing of civil Medicaid fraud cases; reviews documentation from client agencies and other resources Prepares legal briefs
