At the moment, Astellas based in Marlborough, MA is looking for talented Cell Culture Technician that will perform the following work in support of the production of drug substance in a cGMP Manufacturing Facility . Previous background with cGMP and Biotech Certification will be highly considered. I have attached the detailed position details to this message for your review. Assignments include: Responsibility for all aspects of mammalian cell culture, including media and buffer preparation, culture initiation, propagation, and cryopreservation of cells, including primary human cells. Preparation of cells to meet the demands of multiple concurrent projects that will require flexible work hours working in concert with project scientist. Accurate and reliable record keeping including batch records, notebooks and other pertinent documentation. Sterile preparation of laboratory glassware, tools and reagents.
