Client Resource Specialist - (Fort Mill, SC)
SHIFT LEAD Assignments include: Receive Job Orders from client and contact candidates to fulfill Job Orders. Utilize PeopleNet to edit time clock punches of employees as required. Create a rapport with Department / Shift Managers and Shift Leads Complete Incident Reports and conduct safety investigations Conduct disciplinary actions and disciplinary actions leading up to termination of employees. Enter employee new hire details into Dynamics Software; assign badges and other responsibilities required by the Management Team. Submit Shift Reports to the Management Team. Develop an understanding of the inner workings of the client production floor. i.e. (machine operations) Recommend change/process improvements to the Management Team to allow smooth and seamless processes.
