JOB TITLE: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER SALARY: DOE OPEN PERIOD: January 5, 2017 through January 20, 2017 RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial reporting. • Oversee the production of all monthly, quarterly and fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: revenue/expense reports, balance sheets, financial statements and cash flow projections. • Monitor banking activities of the organization and maintain positive banking relationships. • Develop and monitor rate structures, • Perform internal audits and work with outside auditor. • Oversee the fixed assets inventory. • Ensure the customer billing process is efficient and produces details that is easily understood by the customer. • Promote use of the Company's web siteand external payment locations as options for customer bill payment,
