Summary Oldcastle Precast is seeking a highly motivated and career oriented person to fill the Maintenance Supervisor position at our Avon, CT plant. The Maintenance Supervisor manages 2 key areas in the Rehoboth plant, the form set-up/changeover millwright crew, and the preventive/reactive maintenance program for plant equipment and facilities. Total Maintenance crew size is 3-4 employees.
