This job necessitates general knowledge of diesel engines as well as electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and components of heavy equipment. Key responsibilities (but not limited to): Positively promote Caterpillar and Louisiana Cat Comply with Federal, State, and Louisiana Cat safety policies and procedures Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles Safely and properly operate and inspect machines, vehicles and/or engines to diagnose defects
