Culinary Services Supervisor - (Keller, TX)

This person reports directly to the culinary services manager and helps to oversee the operations of the dining room including the supervision and assistance of dining services Teammates. Maintains a customer focused attitude at all times, while managing traffic flow and balancing the serving responsibilities among the food servers and our senior population. High-school degree or equivalent required and 2yrs background in fine dining preferred. Supervisory background is preferred. Basic technical skills are necessary. Works primarily indoors in a controlled climate
