Production Supervisor $10 Billion foods packaging manufacturer is expanding the facility and is in need of a Production Supervisor This position will offer growth potential into a Shift Manager or Production Superintendent role in 1-three years Our client offers generous benefits, stability, growth potential and a good team environment. This job is open due to promotion Relocation is available on a case by case basis Will pay for weekend overtime Responsibilities Manage, direct and coordinate all activities related to a production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality. Will have direct supervision responsibility of 10-30 employees Identify and resolve issues using lean manufacturing, six-sigma and continuous improvement methodologies Ensure quality product is being produced at the standard rate while minimizing scrap and down time. Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed.
