Job Functions: Management - General - Unit Description Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager three to support Healthcare accounts in the CT area. The Food Service Manager three will have experience in retail and patient services and possess: Strong culinary experience and knowledge Marketing, menu graphics and promotions EFY experience Quick paced and passion for patient care This is a full-time temporary position that can last up to 1yr and will initially be assigned at Stamford Hospital. At any time after onboarding, the successful applicant is able to apply for internal positions within Health Care. #LI Job overview Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume General Manager*s (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records.
