Senior Financial Analyst/RC Fiscal Officer - (Bloomington, IN)

The Senior Financial Analyst and RC Fiscal Officer serves as senior financial analyst for the Office of the Vice Provost for Research (OVPR) and as Fiscal Officer (FO) for the RC and for OVPR Centers & Institutes that do not have a designated FO. The position has responsibility for financial management of OVPR’s University, state appropriation and Foundation accounts, including budget construction, year-end closing, financial analysis, planning, and forecasting. Provides financial and policy guidance to OVPR Centers & Institutes, as well as to OVPR and VPR management. Participates in the development, redesign, and oversight of OVPR fiscal support systems and processes. Manages fiscal aspects of OVPR internal award programs. Provides oversight, develops and conducts budget analyses, and generates reports for over $30M in external grant funding, disseminated throughout the University.
