Cost Manager/Cost Engineer/Planning Manager/Schedule Engineer I - (Swiftwater, PA)

Position title: Cost Manager/Cost Engineer/Planning Manager/Schedule Engineer I Bachelors degree in engineering, or related degree (construction economics, construction management,etc.) supplemented with relevant background. For cost controls, experienced with SAP financial accounting. Based on level, may be required to report earned value/progress reporting and quantity surveying. Will be required to interface with purchasing (NEXT) and accounts payable (Catalyst) systems. For scheduling, experienced with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera. Specific background with construction activity planning, as well as scheduling commissioning, qualification and validation activities. Background in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry or related industry/cGMP environment. Well-developed communication expertise, both verbal and written. Expertise to interface with cross-functional teams. Detail oriented. Expertise to handle multiple projects concurrently.
