Customer Service Representatives - (Lincoln, RI)

Randstad is currently seeking several applicants for a large client of ours that specializes in providing comprehensive prescription benefit management services. The position will be located at their Linocln, RI office and will entail answering incoming calls from customers and prospective customers regarding prescription management and their enrollment in our client's on-line pharmacy services. Working hours: eight hour shift between 10am and 10pm Skills: For this role Randstad is seeking applicants with background in a call center environment, great customer service skills, immediate availability and (ideally) applicants with healthcare background. Call center background is a strict requirement. Both 1st and 2nd shift hours will be available; occasional weekend work may be required.
