Responsibilities : Automate and implement new technology to assist with keeping the desktop environment current and running optimally. Necessary skills : Understanding of Desktop Support and Software Licensing Services. Uses creativity and innovation to automate and streamline processes and procedures. Understands customer support demands Expertise to troubleshoot in a high-level systematic way. Expertise to identify issues and research cause. Experienced in troubleshooting and replacing computers, monitors and telecommunication equipment. Background in printer installation and maintenance, including drivers. Effective communication/leadership skills. Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation background. Expertise to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
