Academic Advisor - (Bloomington, IN)

The successful applicant will provide academic advising for students pursuing or considering an undergraduate major or minor in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences and guide students in academic planning based on both the student’s academic and career goals and on IUB, College, and departmental degree qualifications. Academic advisors in the College help students understand their degree qualifications and the implications of school and campus policies and procedures for them. In addition, advisors track student academic progress, maintain student records, and refer students to appropriate campus resources, such as academic support services, internship and overseas study opportunities, and career services.
