Responsibilities: Responsible for the training of new MDS Coordinators in facilities and coverage for the same position to continue coordination of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), electronic transmission of RAI data, and completion of the RAI process (MDS, CAAs, and Care Plans) as well as ongoing education in the preparation of the MDS, CAAs and Care Plans with the facility staff.
