DESCRIPTION We are hiring for Part time Ticket Collector to ensure that no 1 is admitted to the unit or event without a ticket, while maintaining an excellent customer services. SCHEDULES:Monday-Friday; must be able to work weekends and holiday. All qualifying candidates must be able to pass a experience investigation. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Ensures all customers have valid ticket prior to entering or re-entering the unit or event. Smile and greet customers entering unit; answer customers questions, and provide details on company products, promotions, and policies. Thank each customer. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the workstation. Assisting with special events. Maintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately to your manager. SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE Partial High-school education; High-school degree/G.E.D. preferred. Mathematic Skills. Excellent sanitation habits. Professional appearance. Expertise to communicate and attend to guests with the highest standard of service.
