Our Client is growing and in need of a bi-lingual Human Resources Administrator Duties and Responsibilities Helps define, publish and administer policies for personnel. Assist with EEO and AA plans. Designs and initiates a recruitment program. Process all applications, working with applicants and management to qualify pre-employment and post-offer qualifications are completed. Assist with EEO and AA Plans. Maintains personnel records and HRIS. Supervise HRIS Personnel info reporting. Reply to employment verification requests. Prepare correspondence for unemployment claims and organizes appeals as required. Manages classification programs: classifying and reclassifying positions, initiates organizational development, and edits position description as needed. Helps to design and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires Performs new hire orientations, explaining in Spanish and English, policies, employee relations, performance management, and other related topics.
